15:53:31Pertrovietnam Manpower Training Col1ege (PVMTC), a subsidiary of petrovietnam, was founded in 1975. The focal functions that PVMTC has undertaken are training, retraining, continuously professional improvement and providing manpower for Petrovietnam. Since the establishment, PVMTC has gradually grown and held a great position over the cause of training manpower who have contributed themselver to the nation’s contruction and development.

Thanks to a team of qualifile and experienced managers and trainers who have been trained and upgraded at the universities and colleges home and overseas such as in Russia, the USA, France, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. ; thanks to integrated and modern training facilties, the college is available to satisfy all requirements of training manpower for Oil and Gas
industries' major structures and projects, foreign petroleum contractors and many other economic organizations.

To date, the col1ege has implemented training, professional improvement and upgrade for over 35,000 paticipants with approximately 75 disciplines at different levels, which has met the human resource’s needs of Petrovietnam and Oil & Gas contractors.

In addition to the training function, the college has provided such technical services as : diving, inspecting, surveying, assembling, repairing, maintaining and verifying petroleum structures; maintaining, repairing, calibrating and verifying the facilities, auto-instrumentation and measurement systems. This function aims not only at combining theory with practice, but also at gaining profits for re-investment to strengthen the capability and to develop training which has made meaningful contribution to the manpower's growth of petrovietnam.cuoi

Together with the increasing growth of national economy and of oil & gas industries, for the goal of "training the manpower’s high quality", the college will further focus on the internal power’s advancement and extend cooperative relation with other training and economic organizations so that it can satisfy best the needs of training human resource and providing technical services for Oil & Gas industries, for domestic and overseas contractor and especially for the cause of "nation’s industrialization and modernization".
